This document governs the terms and conditions for the use of the Business Matching services offered by Innovation Match to users registered as Innovation Providers on the platform https://www.innovationmatch.io (hereinafter, the “Platform”).
This document applies exclusively to services dedicated to Innovation Providers. The terms of service are referenced and confirmed both during the registration process and during the contractual execution and checkout of subscription-based Business Matching services.
For the purposes of this document, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
Innovation Match: The digital platform operated by Rocket Dreams S.r.l. that facilitates connections between companies seeking innovative solutions (Innovation Seekers) and companies offering innovative services and solutions (Innovation Providers).
Innovation Provider: Any company, startup, SME, or structured organization that offers innovative services or solutions for the B2B market and uses the Platform to increase its visibility and business opportunities.
Innovation Seeker: Companies, managers, or entrepreneurs who use the Platform to search for, evaluate, and meet providers of innovative solutions.
Business Matching: Activities aimed at facilitating contact and meetings between Innovation Providers and Innovation Seekers, with the purpose of creating professional networking and discussion opportunities, without any guarantee of commercial outcome.
Sales Outreach: Structured targeted contact activities toward potential B2B interlocutors, carried out by Innovation Match based on targeting parameters agreed with the Innovation Provider and according to qualified, non-indiscriminate communication strategies.
Innovation Consultant: A professional appointed by Innovation Match to support the Innovation Provider in defining targets, using the services, and coordinating Business Matching and Sales Outreach activities, without assuming any role of commercial representation or intermediation.
Events: Physical or digital events organized or co-organized by Innovation Match for networking, training, and business matching purposes. The updated event schedule is always available on the official Innovation Match website.
2.1 Business Matching services are available exclusively to companies holding a valid VAT number, which must be provided during registration.
2.2 To use the services, registration on the Platform as an Innovation Provider is required. Registration requests are subject to approval by Innovation Match, which will be granted within five (5) business days of receipt, unless additional information is required.
2.3 Any entity intending to offer innovative B2B services and to use Innovation Match as a tool for commercial opportunity development may apply for registration.
Innovation Match offers the following service plans for Innovation Providers:
The Start plan is a free service that includes:
Company profile as an Innovation Provider on the Platform;
Visibility to registered Innovation Seekers;
Five (5) “Ask for a Match” requests per month;
Pay-per-Match fee of €249 + VAT for each generated Match.
The Prime plan is a recurring subscription service priced at €499 + VAT per month and includes:
All services included in the Start plan;
Unlimited Matches, including applications to Innovation Challenges;
Enhanced visibility through Innovation Match communication channels (email, newsletter, social media posts);
Access to Innovation Match events with dedicated in-person matchmaking services;
Assignment of a dedicated Innovation Consultant supporting the Innovation Provider in target identification and Business Matching opportunity development.
The Sales+ plan is a recurring subscription service priced at €1,499 + VAT per month and includes:
All services included in the Prime plan;
Targeted introductions of the Innovation Provider to the most relevant managers within the community by the Innovation Consultant team;
A dedicated Sales Outreach campaign including the sending of at least 100 emails per month to qualified contacts outside the Innovation Match community, aligned with the targets indicated by the Innovation Provider;
Assignment of a dedicated Innovation Consultant coordinating the entire targeting and business matching process.
4.1 Unless otherwise negotiated through Innovation Match’s commercial department, Prime and Sales+ services are available exclusively through recurring monthly subscriptions.
4.2 Subscription fees are as follows:
Prime: €499 + VAT per month;
Sales+: €1,499 + VAT per month.
4.3 Subscriptions may be activated through payment links allowing payment via:
Credit card;
Recurring bank direct debit (RID).
4.4 Service delivery begins on the subscription activation date or, where applicable, upon completion of preliminary targeting data collection and validation.
4.5 Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis and may be cancelled independently by the Innovation Provider no later than the day prior to the renewal date.
4.6 Subscriptions do not provide for temporary suspension. Any suspension requests do not interrupt payment obligations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.7 In the event of non-payment, services will be immediately terminated and the account will automatically revert to the Start plan.
4.8 Cancellation takes effect exclusively at the end of the current billing period. Services remain active until that date, and no refunds are provided for billed or partially used periods.
4.9 Innovation Match reserves the right to modify subscription fees upon prior notice. Any changes will take effect from the subsequent renewal cycle.
4.10 All prices listed herein are exclusive of VAT.
5.1 To access Prime and Sales+ services, the Innovation Provider must specify its commercial targets using the tools provided by Innovation Match.
5.2 Targeting parameters may include, by way of example: job title, industry, company size in terms of employees and revenue.
5.3 The Innovation Provider acknowledges that Innovation Match reserves the right to evaluate, select, and contact target profiles using the channels deemed most appropriate, including email, professional social networks, newsletters, and other communication tools.
5.4 Accuracy and strategic consistency of targeting parameters remain the sole responsibility of the Innovation Provider. Innovation Match shall not be liable for lack of responses or interactions from target subjects.
5.5 Any specific exclusions requested by the Innovation Provider, including blacklists of companies, industries, domains, or specific email addresses, must be clearly communicated to the Innovation Consultant at the time of target definition. In the absence of such instructions, Innovation Match shall not be liable for contacts made.
6.1 As part of Prime and Sales+ services, Innovation Match may promote Innovation Providers through its communication channels, including email, newsletters, social media, events, and proprietary tools.
6.2 Communication materials and messaging will be developed at Innovation Match’s discretion, highlighting the most relevant innovative aspects of the Innovation Provider’s offerings.
6.3 Promotional activities will be based on information provided by the Innovation Provider on the Platform. Innovation Match shall not be responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or outdated information.
6.4 By registering on the Platform and accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Innovation Provider expressly authorizes Innovation Match to use, for communication and promotional purposes:
Company name and brand;
Logo;
Product and service descriptions;
Names, roles, and professional information of founders and management.
Such use does not imply any transfer of intellectual property rights nor any endorsement, representation, or commercial partnership.
7.1 A Match is deemed generated when an Innovation Seeker agrees to meet the Innovation Provider through the Platform.
7.2 Match Fees (€249 + VAT per Match for Start plan users) are deemed accrued when:
The Match is confirmed by the Innovation Provider;
The Innovation Seeker’s email address is disclosed;
A calendar link for the introductory video call is opened.
7.3 Matches may take place via video call, in person, or during Innovation Match events, subject to mutual agreement.
7.4 “Ask for a Match” is a Platform feature enabling Innovation Providers to send direct meeting requests to Innovation Seekers.
7.5 Innovation Seekers may freely accept or decline such requests.
7.6 Through the Ask for a Match feature, Innovation Providers may view Innovation Seeker profiles with sensitive data obscured. Only company name, department, and seniority level are visible.
7.7 In the event of a downgrade from Prime or Sales+ to the Start plan:
Matches may still be received;
Each generated Match will incur the €249 + VAT Match Fee.
7.8 For the Start plan, Match Fees are invoiced upon Match generation and payable via bank transfer upon receipt of invoice.
8.1 Innovation Match services aim to increase visibility, awareness, and qualified connections within the innovation ecosystem.
8.2 Innovation Match does not guarantee any specific results, including number of Matches, commercial opportunities, sales, or revenue.
8.3 Business Matching services constitute facilitation and promotional activities and do not represent commercial intermediation, agency, or brokerage.
8.4 Innovation Match does not charge commissions or percentages on contracts concluded between Innovation Providers and Innovation Seekers.

11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
11.2 Any dispute arising from their interpretation, execution, or validity shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, without prejudice to mandatory statutory jurisdiction.
